Accessibility can be confusing, even for a specialist.  Chapter 11 of the Building Code tells us what and where we need to make accomodations. ANSI 117.1 tells us “how” of accessibility. The technical details including the minimums and the maxiums of various spaces. Chapter 11 references ANSI 117.1 and ANSI references Chapter 11.

If this has you scratching your head, this training is for you!!

This training will be done both in person, in Pennsylvania, and online on our zoom meeting.

We will be reviewing how the code books are set up, how to set up your code review page, and how to know what sections apply to which projects.

The trainer, Michael Thompson, will be sharing his “cheats” to make it easier for you.

As the only chapter that specializes in design professionals, architects and engineers, our training is through the lens of an architect.

Location: Holiday Inn Express, 875 Greentree Road, Pittsburgh, PA or online.
