ICC CEU's are available to members who join us.
You do not need to be a member to participate.
Every other week we encourage members, and those considering membership, to join us on a zoom call with their favorite beverage. It is our time to unwind, wrap up the week with friendly conversation, and get to know other Professional Chapter Members. Topics for discussion include everything from code questions to office policies, to architectural trends to which beverages we are partial to – and everything in between.
Topic: Beyond the GreenWash
"Sustainability" often feels like a word hijacked by expensive certifications, buzzwords, and client budget cuts. This CODE Brew session cuts through the noise to focus on Practical Sustainability—design strategies, material choices, and code-aligned decarbonization methods that deliver measurable performance improvements without blowing project budgets or alienating clients.
Whether you're navigating strict energy codes or tryinhg to deliver value-driven green strategies on a tighet budget, join us for an open conversation on making sustainable design achievable and repeatable.
